Honey Cakes |

| 19 | Honey Fruit Cake made with 175g self raising flour, 25g
ground almonds and 25g semolina, 100g honey, 100g butter or
margarine, 170g sultanas, two eggs size 3 beaten and a pinch of
salt. Method: 1 Cream margarine. 2 Add honey and cream further. 3 Add eggs and flour and cream lightly. 4 Put into lined 6"-7" or 150mm-175mm circular tin. 5. Bake for 1hr 10minutes approx. at gas mark 3, 340°F or 170°C or until baked. Note: Over dependent |
