| 11 | Six 1lb. jars of any type of honey, all the same, to be shown as offered for sale. All jars must be labelled with the exhibitors own labels in accordance with E.U. Regulations. One jar must have a tamper-proof label |

| 12 | NOVICE CLASS. One 1lb. jar of any type of honey or one section of honey. (Competitors who have previously won a first prize are ineligible) |

| 15 | Miscellaneous: An interesting or instructive exhibit or new invention relating to bees (not previously awarded a prize) |
| 16 | Honey Cake. Made with 8 oz. sr. flour, 6 oz. Irish Honey, 4 oz. Butter or margarine, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. Bake in a 6½" to 7½" circular tin. |
| 17 | Fruit Honey Cake. Made with 8 oz. sr. flour, 6 oz. Irish Honey, 4 oz. Butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 6 oz. sultanas and a pinch of salt. Bake in a 6½" to 7½" circular tin. |
| 18 | Toffee, Caramel or Sweetmeats (any recipe that includes honey) |
